RIHLAH

(01) Overview

RIHLAH is a conversion-focused website designed for an Umrah & Hajj travel agency. Instead of relying on promotional messaging, the experience focuses on building trust through clear information, structured storytelling, and thoughtful UX. Every section is designed to answer users' concerns before encouraging them to make contact.

(02) The Challenge

What we were up against.

Most travel websites emphasize pricing before establishing credibility. For pilgrimage services, however, users care more about trust, guidance, and transparency than discounts. The challenge was to design a website that reduces uncertainty while remaining simple and accessible for a broad audience.

(03) The Approach

How we moved.

I designed the landing page as a guided narrative rather than a traditional company profile. Trust indicators, company commitments, process explanations, testimonials, and educational content were intentionally arranged before introducing travel packages, creating a more reassuring user journey.

(04) The Solution

What shipped.

The final solution combines a clean visual system, editorial-inspired photography, responsive layouts, reusable React components, and conversion-focused content. WhatsApp consultation serves as the primary call-to-action, reflecting how customers naturally begin conversations before making travel decisions.

(05) Designing for Trust

Trust became the primary design objective from the beginning. Instead of immediately presenting travel packages, the website gradually introduces credibility through legal information, company commitments, customer stories, and a clear explanation of the pilgrimage journey. This approach helps visitors feel informed before making decisions.

(06) Guided User Journey

The landing page follows a deliberate information hierarchy: Hero, Trust Indicators, Promise, Social Proof, Journey, Packages, Testimonials, FAQ, and Final CTA. Each section answers a specific user question before introducing the next layer of information, creating a smoother decision-making process.

(07) Visual Language

The interface uses generous whitespace, warm neutral colors, documentary-style photography, and restrained typography to create a calm and premium browsing experience. Rather than decorative visuals, every image supports the narrative and reinforces credibility.

(08) Scalable Frontend Architecture

Built with reusable React components and a modular Next.js architecture, the project is easy to maintain and extend. Each section is independently structured, making future updates and content improvements more efficient without affecting the overall experience.
